Almatin’s Serpentine Racking Systems are engineered to support virtually any radiation shielding wall configuration. These systems are ideal for creating low-dose waiting areas, portable frisking caves, shadow shield walls, and shielding solutions for radioactive material transfers.
Built for strength and flexibility, the serpentine system is designed to replace traditional scaffolding commonly used for hanging lead or tungsten blankets. By enabling direct installation and adjustment by the Radiation Protection (RP) department, the system significantly reduces setup time and helps minimize critical path delays.

Cargo Nets
Almatin’s Cargo Net systems provide a safe and efficient alternative to traditional scaffolding by using high-strength lattice webbing combined with integrated swivel hooks. These systems are custom-engineered to securely support radiation shielding materials in complex environments.
Designed for versatility, Almatin Cargo Nets can be precisely manufactured to fit around pipes, tanks, vessels, and other irregular structures, ensuring stable installation and reliable shielding performance while reducing setup time and on-site complexity.
Hooks & Straps
Almatin offers a comprehensive range of S-Hooks available in multiple standard sizes, manufactured in both carbon steel and stainless steel to suit diverse shielding applications. For enhanced safety and load security, optional spring clips can be added to prevent shielding blankets from slipping or disengaging during use.
In addition, Almatin stocks high-quality cinch straps and ratchet straps designed to securely tie, position, and hold radiation shielding materials in place, ensuring stability, reliability, and safe installation in demanding environments.
